Training course: 12STEPS + Cause Tree
This is an industry-leading RCA training course & methodology. It is flexible and all-industry-applicable approach. It’s fully compatible with other systemic approaches such as 6Sigma, etc. Basing itself in careful risk management and escalation techniques, 12STEP + Cause Tree comes with toolkit that can be used to solve problems of the highest order of complexity and highest risk.
