Whatever you asset maintenance goal may be, we can help you achieve it, and make even better.
RCM-R
RCM was successful since its debut in the 1970s. But as global production & needs for the readiness of assets were rapidly developing, our team worked on optimising the RCM to meet the demands of today and tomorrow. Reliability Centred Maintenance Reengineered (RCM-R©) is our method and training, developed, confirmed and successfully applied in numerous organisations globally.

Producing the highest quality maintenance tasks
RCM-R first collects and utilises all available data (technical, financial, hierarchical, etc.) to evaluate processes and identify potential failure modes of your assets before the failure even happens.
Then, based on criticality, risk-awareness and increased reliability, metrics and standards, RCM-R identifies best maintenance tasks to keep the assets performing their best. RCM-R ensures that skills, time & money needed for maintenance tasks are properly distributed.
RCM-R as software
Use RCMR2GO for high-criticality assets, analyses & creation of maintenance tasks & plans.
Use QA2GO for low-criticality assets, streamlined maintenance tasks & plans.
Use PMOR2GO for preventive maintenance optimisation and review of existing maintenance tasks, regardless of the previous method or system used.

RCMR2GO: Analyse and manage critical assets
At a glance, you can follow how the critical asset's Functions expand into possible Functional Failures, which then expand into various Failure Mechanisms, Root Causes and Effects. At the end of each branch, you have an opportunity to create a suitable Maintenance Task, which will try to address the specific Root Cause. RCMR2GO fully supports relevant standards and best practices for the RCM analysis, FMECA and Maintenance Task creation.

1. Analyse Functions and how they may fail
RCMR2GO helps determine which Functions of your critical assets should be 1. primary, 2. secondary, or 3. hidden. Software applies colour coding of function types to help you focus your attention.
2. Address Hows? and Whys?
Failure Mode defines "how?" Functional Failure can happen, while Root Causes answer "why?" it happens. The software guides you to classify Failure Mechanisms (FM), and then to define severity of their impact and their detectability. Then software helps you choose the correct types of Root Causes and their properties. Custom Risk Matrices are supported.
3. Evaluate the Effects
You are guided to determine the Effects of each Root Cause, which is crystallised with the calculation of the Risk Priority Number (RPN). Software uses colour coding of Effects, drawing attention to the critical ones.
4. Creating best Maintenance Tasks based on robust metrics & KPI tracking
Finally, based on all input, tracking of important KPIs such as PF, MTBF, and up-to-date information about costs, the Decision Diagram guides you to choose the suitable Maintenance Task.
5. From Tasks into smart Maintenance Plans
To put your Maintenance Tasks into practice, RCMR2GO helps you create Maintenance Plans. Sophisticated Task-nesting and statistics supported.
Need extra help? Use FMEA Models.
Take a long-term advantage of our library of FMEA models for equipment, which helps you find critical Failure Modes that have proven to happen to certain equipment types. It reduces guesswork and increases accuracy. Furthermore, software allows you to create and manage your own FMEA models.

QA2GO: Take care of your less critical, but necessary assets.
QA is Quick Analysis. QA2GO analysis can be accomplished more quickly because it is a variant of the RCMR2GO analysis, but suited for assets of low criticality and streamlined maintenance.
Note that low criticality assets constitute 80% of all assets, and their availability is required 100% of the time. They require maintenance, and their maintenance tasks and plans can be well optimised and made economical. If not, then the sheer number of such assets within your organisation will quickly stifle your maintenance budget and resources.

1. Asset and Components
The analysis begins with an assessment of the Asset and its Components. Depending on complexity of their assets, users may choose whether to analyse one asset per analysis, or several process-related assets per analysis.
2. Exploring Failure Modes
Because the Quick Analysis does not calculate risk levels (QA2GO is custom-made for non-critical assets), data entry and passage through this step are quicker. However, various Failure Modes can be diligently explored. If needed, current maintenance tasks can be entered for later comparison with new tasks.
3. Choosing failure consequences and creating suitable maintenance tasks
The QA2GO guides the user to choose consequences of each Failure Mode. Based on user’s input, it presents a smart Decision diagram. The Decision diagram analyses user input, variables and tracked KPIs, and presents the best task type(s) to address each Failure Mode.
4. From Tasks into smart Maintenance Plans for the entire plant
To put your Maintenance Tasks into practice, QA2GO helps you create Maintenance Plans. Sophisticated Task-nesting and statistics supported.

PMOR2GO: Optimise your existing maintenance tasks.
Preventive Maintenance Optimisation (PMO) is a carefully planned process to review & refine existing maintenance tasks. Are all tasks necessary? Are they efficient? Are they resource-consuming monsters? The PMO should answer such questions. PMOR2GO follows the PMO-R process:

1. Scan & analyse current maintenance tasks.
PMOR2GO is visual software. At a glance, observe your asset and historic (original) maintenance tasks, that you still follow to keep the assets doing their job. There PMOR2GO expands a view on new options.
2. Find cost-effective new maintenance tasks.
PMOR2GO's key tactics for this include:
A. Identify actual criticality of assets:
PMOR2GO can work with assets of all levels of criticality. It is good to reassess the actual level of criticality of every asset or piece of equipment, because with it, you can avoid a lot of unnecessary maintenance.
B. Analyse failure modes
Though the clever use of FMECA, PMOR2GO will evaluate new and changed circumstances, address new Failure Modes that occurred in your operating environment, and see how severe or impactful they are.
C. Focus on actual, not hypothetical root causes
FMECA done in a new operating situation finds failure modes & root causes that were never considered, but are present. That is the difference between PMO practice and maintenance theory, which often addresses probable but unconfirmed causes.
D. Intelligently create new task types as viable options
Intelligent Decision diagram helps you create new maintenance tasks, of various types, that may be very economical and yet never considered before.
3. Compare historic with newly considered tasks. Build new optimised plans.
In a glance, compare historic tasks with new suggested tasks. You have an option to modify the original task too, and add it to the comparison. PMOR2GO shows all important fields, KPIs and calculations as guidelines, and allows adding reasons for change. Everything is saved and reportable.
Reap many benefits
- Save created PMOR analyses as templates for future analyses and boosting of your PMO expertise.
- Bulk import and export options fully supported, to speed up analyses.
- Advanced editing options that help quickly build you analyses. .

Who benefits from RCM-R software and training?

1. Customers and suppliers
The satisfaction of your customers and suppliers is directly impacted by the efficiency of your maintenance tasks.
2. Asset Owners/Managers
With RCMR2GO, PMOR2GO and QA2GO to choose from, asset owners/managers will create maintenance tasks with a risk-based & criticality-based approach. It has numerous benefits. Firstly, asset owners choose a specialised software version (RCMR2GO, PMOR2GO or QA2GO) which is best suited for their asset type. It speeds up & streamlines their work. Secondly, it produces better optimised maintenance tasks, but which can be part of shared maintenance plans. Thirdly, it promotes a wider culture of criticality-awareness, risk-awareness & optimisation, which is welcome in any serious company.
3. Reliability Managers
Reliability managers love to have structured & powerful tools under their fingertips, built on important standards and an easy visual interface. It motivates them to think of better PM strategies, further reducing asset failures & increasing the reliability of the entire site (or plant).
4. C-Level execs
C-Level executives (CEOs, CFOs, …) demand exact details to have a good grasp of the company’s asset performance. After all, they represent the company when explaining to the auditors how maintenance helps business goals, while the company also obliges many safety, health & industry-level compliances.
