This interactive and highly efficient process was steadily developed over the last 2 decades and is implemented in some of world's leading organisations.
Easy escalation of issues. With RCA2GO incident management system your organisation is able to coordinate 5WHYS, 12STEPS and Six Sigma DMAIC, allowing escalation path and problem solving methods as understanding of the problem develops.
Print-ready PDF reports. Export all RCA2GO reports in PDF files for easy share, storage and print. PDF reports are excellent because they can be sealed for safety, easily searched, merged together, imported in Annual Reports, etc.
Six Sigma DMAIC Overlay. Allows users to transparently see when to chose between 5WHYS suitable for low-risk situations, more complex 3-Phase 12STEPS Root Cause Analysis, and Six Sigma when addressing an issue.
Risk Management Setup. Manage issues within your organisation by accessing the risk first; for each risk level indicate who should be involved in problem solving and appropriate level of resources.
Risk Management. Allow personnel to consistently assess and rank issues with risk level, in accordance with configurable company guidelines.

Customisable reports. Sometimes reports you need to assemble may be more complex, all contained in a single file. You may combine: Incidents, Actions, Actions Comments, 12STEPS, Cause tree reports, arranging them as you please. Choose between Compact, Normal and Expanded reports.
Global reports. Global reporting enables easy & comprehensive reporting on issues across many sites in the company. Add which issues, across any region or site, you want to monitor, and create reports for.
Run Charts reports. Run Charts report can be used to graphically show actions progress within the issue. You may choose whether to show Run Charts report on the first left-most box, or for all boxes inside the Cause Tree:
Setup sites hierarchy. Hierarchy of sites with their own issue databases enables easier & more comprehensive reporting on issues across many sites in the company. Deployment of standardised improvement programs across the company becomes easy.
Locations setup. RCA2GO comes with plenty of fields that describe the exacting location of an issue. With Locations Setup you include only necessary fields for your investigation and reporting.
System preferences. RCA2GO comes with a wealth of tools and menu options. Set which ones you wish to make visible to you and your team. For example: check or tick visible only those reports relevant to your type of investigation and uncheck to hide other reports.
Different viewing modes. Depending on computing device you use, and the size of its screen, choose between Column View and Table View issue viewing modes. Users can configure and make own viewing pre-sets.
